A wagering requirement means you must play through the bonus amount a certain number of times before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable PKR. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 20,000 in total bets using that bonus. Progress is tracked automatically in your bonus dashboard and you can check it any time after logging in.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – they must first be played through to meet the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms. Once the wagering is complete, the bonus converts to real PKR balance which can then be withdrawn normally. Your main PKR balance (from deposits and completed wagering) can always be withdrawn at any time.

Yes. All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms, usually between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry window, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are removed from the account. Claim and use bonuses promptly to avoid losing them.
