In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account and its balance will be restricted while the review is ongoing. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance will be returned. Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method.
